byebye CTs,
hullo nats!
ever since i started to worry less (and less) (and less) about the CTs, i've been able to focus more on training. and the change has taken immediate effect.
2 more weeks!
sorry academics, your turn will come. as jarrod put it: "converting brain into brawn".

looking through the starting list (list of competitors), i started to feel nervous. name after name, i recognised all the 'veterans', and all those who could suddenly come out of nowhere and just...throw. i always knew that the competition was tough, but as cliche as it sounds (and yes why do i still say it? cos it's past 10pm and im tired and i can't bother to think of another phrase/im using that <-- as an excuse), it didn't sink in till i actually saw it. and ya, getting more angsty by the day. which is all according to plan btw.

i have a habit of cutting myself short. always never giving my best, and i think it's because i'm afraid that my best will just be...pathetic? no matter. nooo matter. this time, got a team depending on me (two-way relationship ah). can't let them down.

so must chiong.

would like to go into all the throwing technique stuff that has allowed me to discover alot about myself (throwing-wise), but i shall spare...my fingers from typing more.

bb. bb blog till after CTs.

most exciting 2 weeks in my t&f career, coming up
